Winner Announcement for Feb 2011 Challenge

We were so overwhelmed by the love you showed us this February and we would like to say

for supporting Scrap-It-Lah. 

There were so many beautiful submissions and it was very hard for all the DTs to vote for the best one.  As a result,  we decided to vote for 2 winners,  the first will receive the RAK pictured throughout the month and the second will get another prize from Michelle.
