We have a lovely surprise for you this month.  This month we will be offering not ONE but TWO RAKS!  Why?  If you have noticed,  we have actually "refurbished" our blog design.  We now have our own blog banner,  background and blinkie.

In order to win this little RAK with the latest Dear Lizzy Collection:

1)  All you have to do is to send your email to us at chowchow138@gmail.com for the blinkie codes
2)  And add our blinkie to your blog and link our blog to yours when we send you the codes

OR alternatively you can grab the codes from the box below and leave us a comment that you have added our blinkie and linked our blog:

Sounds really easy right?  We will announce the winner of the RAK at the end of this month. Its a real easy way to win some Just Lizzy papers - we just love them!

Now - onto our next challenge.  Its March and honestly,  how many of us has even scrapped the photos we took during our holidays?  I know I haven't and this is the perfect opportunity to do so.  Our March challenge is plain and simple:
We require you to scrap in a layout (regardless in size)  of your holiday escapades.

Here are the DT's take on this challenge:

Yatie's DD has a penchant for zoos during her holidays.  This is a beautiful multi-photo layout of her enjoying the various animals at the zoo.

Mazlina scraps about her recent family camp gathering at a river.  Love the bright colours and circls in the layout.  Everyone is so happy about jumping in the water!

Jessy's take was being on Pulau Rawa with her bestie's son Adam.  Precious memories indeed.

Trapezing in Phuket was on the highlight on a trip there for Michelle's daughter.  She has decided to scrap about Clarissa doing just that.

Nad scrapped about her memories of Paris.

On a trip to Sydney,  Nadhrah's son kept on chasing sea gulls and even crashed into a restricted area whilst doing so.

We can't wait to see what you all can come up with.  Do Scrap-It-Lah and send it to us. Here is a picture of the yummy RAK that you will win if you do:

February 2010 Oriental Lovey-Dovey Challenge

Welcome to our very possibly unusual February Oriental Lovey-Dovey Challenge.  Why you may ask - such a combination?  This year,  the Lunar Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day falls on the same day which is on the February 14.  Hence,  we are asking that you come up with a layout that reflects this and we are very pleased to say that all the DTs rocked this challenge and we can't wait to see all your submissions.

The only 2 criterias of your layout is that you are to combine any kind of Oriental and Valentine elements in your layout.  Without further ado,  here are the DT's takes:

Jessy used her wedding photos in order to scrap this layout. Love the background chinese character pp and the combination of some vintage Valentine images makes this such an usual layout.

Nadhrah added some Chinese words - Double Happiness and Prosperity into her layout which also featured her wedding photos.

Mazlina punched it with a photo of her son executing a flying kick!  Love the addition of the tradition chinese paper cutting and the vibrant colours of this layout!  Such energy!

Yatie had a softer approach with some oh so romantic oriental inspired paper with chinese characters and lace giving the whole layout such a different feel from the other DTs.

Nad chose striking colours with this shot of her and her hubby at the Eiffel Tower.  There is no place more romantic than Paris.  She added some chinese elements by using a chinese script stamp.

Michelle kept it simple with emphasizing family love during this Valentines.  She added some chinese lanterns giving the whole layout a chinesey feel.

Here is the RAK that you stand to win this month!  Check out the yummy things in it. We can't wait to see your submissions soon.
