All good things must come to an end. To end this blog,
I would have to start from the beginning.
I have started this blog together with
Jessy which you all know as
Teacher Jessy. The whole purpose of this blog was to attract more attention to and provide a platform for Malaysian scrapbookers. To this day, I honestly feel that we have achieved what we need to achieve. Scrapbooking is catching on in Malaysia and some of our Malaysian designers have made it to the international. For me, due to my family commitments, I would like to concentrate on my other pursuits such as painting, cooking and photography and hence, it is time to bid adieu to this Challenge Blog.
I would like to personally thank all that have supported us through the years especially all the my DTs, sponsors and our loyal participants since our conception in April 2009. This will be our challenge on this blog and we would like to see more participants so that we go out with a BANG! Last month, we had a record of 15 entries. For that, we all at Scrap-It-Lah would like to thank you for making us a success last month.
This month, we bring you another very talented scrapbooker from the Down Under. We hope that you will enjoy her challenge as much as all the DTs had. Here she is:
Hi, I’m Kerryn.
I live in sunny (most of the time) South Australia with my husband and two children (well three if you count the dog!). I have been scrapbooking for about 4 ½ years now. It is a hobby that I love with a passion that has been good to me in so many ways. I have made many wonderful friends through this hobby too. I don’t have a particular style as such but I love layers, I love distressing and I love concentrating on the details. I switch between 12x12 and 8.5x11 depending on
which way the wind is blowing. Having both a son and a daughter means I get to indulge in pretty,
girly layouts as well as grungy, fun boy layouts.
Thank you very much Scrap it Lah for having me as your guest this month.
